By accessing or using the services provided by BitCall LTD ("BitCall," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Client," or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.

Scope of Services

  • VoIP & Telecom Offerings: BitCall provides voice-over-IP (VoIP) routes (standard and alternative), DID numbers, SIP trunking, and related telecommunications solutions.

  • Account Creation: You are required to create an account and confirm acceptance of these Terms. You must keep your login details secure and up-to-date.

  • Service Availability: While we strive to keep our systems online, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

User Responsibilities

  • Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations when using the Services.

  • Acceptable Use: You agree to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • No Call Recording: BitCall does not record or listen to call audio. We keep only minimal metadata necessary for billing (see Privacy Policy).

Payment & Billing

  • Prepaid Model: Services are typically offered on a prepaid basis. You must maintain sufficient balance.

  • Invoices & Charges: Accurate billing is dependent on call detail records (CDRs). You agree to review invoices promptly and raise disputes within the period stated in your account or invoice.

  • No Refund Policy: Except where required by UK law, no refunds are provided once credit is used.

Data Storage & Retention

CDRs: We store call detail records for a limited time (e.g., 30 days) for billing and dispute resolution. They do not include call audio content.

Deletion: After the specified retention period, CDRs are automatically deleted unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

BitCall retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any software, branding, trademarks, and other IP used or provided as part of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated by UK law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitCall shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue or data.

Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid BitCall in the three months preceding the event.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitCall LTD, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of any law.

Termination

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine a breach of these Terms or any suspicious activity.

Effects of Termination: No refunds for unused credits, unless otherwise required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
